The Problem

Through personal experience I have seen how hard it is for men returning from prison to survive, let alone build a productive and meaningful life for themselves and others.

I think it is fair to say, that most end up in prison because they were not taught the skills necessary to operate successfully in society. It is notorious how many did not have a healthy relationship with their father.

This not only creates a terrible burden on the community, but on the returning citizen, when the potential for good is so great, and critical at this moment.

There are massive work force shortages and massive numbers of people incarcerated.

There is an opportunity to not only to enable returning citizens have a meaningful life but also to be valuable members of our communities.

Solutions in Faith, Work, and Generosity

Our Purpose is to work with men in prison and support them in their return to society.

Our Mission is to eliminate recidivism, to create moral, spiritual, mental and practical excellence, and material prosperity for themselves and others.

It is our experience that some of the most powerful forces for good are those that have gone to the depths of hell and returned to pull others forward.

We have a deep belief in the power of faith in Christ, productive work, and generosity towards others.

Creating Opportunities

Our dream is to:

build relationships with men while in prison.

help them develop social, spiritual and work skills.

be a partner prior to release to ensure a productive and healthy return.

enable them to be productive and valuable members for their community and families.

partner with local businesses and organizations to generate work opportunities.

build a community that enables their success throughout life.

promote mentoring and leadership to new residents.
